[The following piece is also linked with a number of anonymous visitors to the indymedia site who have immorally left some very idiotic posts following the start of our Major series published on the Khoodeelaaronline internet sites on Friday 10 March 2006 focussing on the inherent defects of thought and understanding and confusion of Michael Keith. On Friday 10 march 2006, We started the examination of Michael Keiths evidence as recorded for Tuesday 15 October 2002 before a Hosue of Commons Select Committee.
We are focussing on Michael Keith because we have been deluged with evidence that conclusively point to him as the key tout appointed by the Blairing regime to do devastating destruction to the East End of London and beyond. This examination will now take precedence over other announced reports.
We shall keep visitors posted on campaign events and educational activities as organised by Khoodeelaar!
Any typographical elements that may occur in these texts will be attended to and rectified in later editions.
1. They have been saying that Crossrail will bring benefits to the East End.
This is a lie.
2. The benefits, to be rationally and objectively expressible by that word [benefits] must be measurably manifest and demonstrable against the massive disbenefits that the Crossrail planned assault will cause to and bring impose on the East End. Once the two are measured and compared, there will be overwhelming disbenefits and the word benefit will be as redundant then [that is if the Crossrail assaults are allowed to become lawful after the Bill becomes an Act - and the attacks are thus carried out against the East End of London as planned in the Crossrail Bill] as it is already to those of us who have formed the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole attacks and have been exposing the lie for more than 26 months now that the spin Crossrail will bring benefits typifies and represents.
3. The lie that Crassrail will bring regeneration is also a deliberate and poisonous assertion which is part of the package of lies the promoters of the Crossrail attacks have designed to mislead and to then confuse and then dislocate and destroy the community in the East End areas that are directly and indirectly targeted in the Crossrail hole plan.
4. It [the Crossrail scheme] could only have been conceived by those with contempt for the people targeted for the devastation and destruction to the East End of London
5. No genuine, moral, honest and democratic representative of the people in the ordinary community and in the ordinary neighbourhoods in the East End of London could have had any willing part in the conception of that pack of Crossrail hole lies. So the question has to be asked what Tower Hamlets Councillor had what mandate from what part of the electorate and at what election to do what Michael Keith has been allowed to do on Tower Hamlets Council for Crossrail hole plan for at least the past three years dating this from 30 June 2003 when he was actively participating in the open letter to the Prime Minister [Tony Blair] on behalf of the promoters and lobbyists for the hole Crossrail disaster-creation, degeneration, disbenefits, scheme?
6. The Crossrail hole attacks plan on the East End of London in the form that is substantially incorporated in the present hybrid Crossrail Bill in the UK House of Commons now, was finalised with the ACTIVE collusion of a number of senior employees in the East London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council and by leading councillors. The leading councillors include the present leader Michael Keith. Keith is the one who has been making ADDITIONAL false claims for the purpose of making the Crossrail plan acceptable to the people in the East End even after his plea for recognition which he made to the meeting that had resulted from the Khoodeelaar! campaign mobilisation on 22 January 2006. The Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail, hole attacks plan scheme project Bill had forced the entire cabal of the controlling clique of councillors on Tower Hamlets Council to be represented by Michael Keith in the public confession that they had all along been OPPOSED to the Crossrail hole! That they had all along been supporting of the Khoodeelaar! campaign aims and objects and demands against the Crossrail hole!
7. Token after shameless token of ethnic and democratic positions on Tower Hamlets Council rushed to stand on the same spot on the platform before the banner carrying the Seelottee word Khoodeelaar! to make a claim that they had all along been supportive of the Khoodeelaar! Campaign. They lied.
8. Every single one of the speakers [the contents of their speeches were devoid of substance what they were clambering on that platform to do was to appear on the video clips as being with the community campaign against Crossrail another clue as to just how corrupt, how dishonest, how ethically low they were and remain ] from the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council lied on that occasion.
9. Those who claimed to have opposed the Crossrail hole plan in private at alleged meetings with Council employees and others lied because they did not produce any date, any record, any reference that could be independently followed to locate and then to check the veracity of their lying assertions.
10. No matter what ethnic grouping or affiliation they came from. They lied

They lied also in the knowledge that they were in control of the purses of the Tower Hamlets Council and that by that fact alone they could further confuse the community in the Brick Lane London E1 area and in the nearby neighbourhoods and areas at a later date. How did they do that? They tried to create a phantom division which they had designed as an alternative to Khoodeelaar! and the lying cabal on Tower Hamlets Council abused their control of the resources of the Tower Hamlets Council to make clandestine and not-officially admitted contacts with the mainstream media to whom they recommended the phantom grouping as the Council-approved opposition to the controlling cliques corrupt collusion for Crossrail!
12. The lying members of the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Conical even approached certain ethnic 'media traders and offered them benefits if they cooperated with the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council over Crossrail.
13. The result was that in January-February 2006 [and significantly on dates after 17 January 2006] a number of advertisements appeared in the ethnic language" "press paid for by Tower Hamlets Council. And the subject matter of these advertisements? What else Crossrail. Why Crossrail? Answer the the Khoodeelaar! campaign has created such tremendous pressure on the controlling clique about its role so far in colluding with the Crossrail attack plan and threats to the East End of London that the cabal on Tower Hamlets Council found it impossible to pretend and to lie verbally only. It decided to pretend and lie in print. And as part of the agenda, the deal the lying cabal made with the

15. to confess to so many things that he plainly could not have believed in. On 22 January 2006, Michael Keith admitted- for the first time in that context- that Seelottee is the language spoken by the large numbers of people in the East End. That was a contradiction of Keiths actual record on the Tower Hamlets Council and his peddling of the lie about that language as well.
16. It was at the 22 January 2006 that Michael Keith was party to making series of illegal and additional fabrications those are now subject to legal actions which will be commenced at the appropriate time, as Khoodeelaar! campaign has stated all along January 2004 to March 2006 [inclusive of 11 March 2006].
17. We do these posts to share with genuinely interested and democratic people engaged in making the quality of our society better than it is, the news of events that are daily taking place around the issue of the Crossrail hole attacks on the East End.
18. We are daily generating campaign materials and information against the Crossrail hole plan project scheme Bill that address all aspects of the life of the community that faces the assault by the Crossrail plan.
19. We are very clear about our locus. To do all we can within the constitutional framework everything we can do defend our community. We do NOT need the permission of ANY political party or grouping to do what we know needs to be doing to defend our community against Crossrail
20. It is, you may need to be informed, a very constitutional cause. Ours is a universally democratic and universally ethical constitutional way.
21. We recognise and make a serious point about the fact that that crassly conceived Crossrail project has not been conceived in a constitutional way. No can Crossrail be made morally acceptable if its pushers went about their plan in a constitutional way.
22. Hence the House of Commons select committee on Crossrail Bill is already proving to be a sham.
23. Anyone who says otherwise needs to check the evidence of the proceedings so far.
24. Just as we do not have to 'like' any single one of the controlling clique of councillors on the present Tower Hamlets Council for us to be able to demand that they do their job, for us to show recognition of any democratic and accountable thing that they do, so it is the fact and on undeniable record of our original and the unique campaign documents, publications and literature, we do make a point whenever and wherever we consider appropriate - of putting in the public domain all RELEVANT facts and references relating to the activities of the present local constituency Member of Parliament.
25. We have stated this before. We state it now.
26. We do so because if we ignore youre very sad and ignorant insult, some visitors to these sites may form the mistaken impression that we are somehow morally compromised or legally unsound over our placing the record of the involvement of George Galloway in any aspect of the campaign against the Crossrail hole attacks on the East End.
27. Just so that you do not get any idea that we do not know who might be, let this statment be a guide for you on the matter of the Khoodeelaar campaigns stance on what the elected holders of public posts ought to do and what we expect them to do within the framework of what we understand the 'UK constitutional democracy is about.
28. We expect the local councillors [and their counterparts at the relevant times on the Greater London Assembly and on the UK House of Commons] to be able and competent.
29. If a less-than-able candidate is elected and if because of their less than necessary ability they are incompetent then the matter cannot be ignored by the others who jointly and formally make up the body that is the elected entity in the case of the local Council, the post-election London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.
30. We expect anyone who is elected in a public 'democratic' franchsie to be above all else, honest and conscientious.
31. If they show evidence in their conduct that they might be dishonest and if their dishonesty is linked or is factually and evidentially linkable with their role as councillors then we shall of course apply the evidence to make any democratic and constitutional demand for accountability and for action on that link or on that evidence as and when appropriate and required by the needs of the local community.

This is Michael Keith fabricating away before an MPs Select Committee on Tuesday 15 October 2002.
Very carefully, read the questions and his answers quoted by Khoodeelaaronline below from the records published by the UK Houses of Parliament
Note that materials like this [quoted below] are never ever reported to the people in the community. Not by the propaganda titles EAST END Life [which Khoodeelaar! has dubbed East End Lies] and not on the Tower Hamlets Councils web site.
Nor indeed by the so-called local press, typified by the East London Idiotiser.
Nor indeed by any of the so-called Left organs allegedly watching the antics of the corrupt Tower Hamlets Council.
And it never is examined by any elected membership on the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council itself that it really relates to.
Come to think of that, the MPs themselves [Tuesday 15 October 2002] puzzlingly [!] failed or refused to pursue their examination of Michael Keith while he was still before their select committee.
They let him go.
Even after finding a hole as hollow as the Crossrail hole [that was being at the same time being] planned by Michael Keiths co-promoters to be dug in and forced through the Brick Lane London E1 area, the MPs chair delivered the customary thanks to Michael Keith for his alleged evidence.
To call what Keith had stated 'evidence' would be to almost call the 'researches' of someone of David Irvings description independent, truthful, objective and respectable.
They asked him questions about the undeniable negligence and failures of the Tower Hamlets Council to make proper and competent use of the resources that they did have available.
they asked him about any regrets.
about any lessons being learnt by Tower Hamlets Council.
Instead of saying yes, they had learnt lessons.
Yes they had found how so many repairs claims were mis-logged and how despite making annual claims about how fantastic the Councils repairs service was, they had in fact been a n unmitigated and negligent and culpable disaster for which the entire Tower Hamlets Council administration should have been forced to resign en masse, Michael Keith, like a Big Business robot programmed to retort in a fixed mode, said a string of things that increasingly took the answer away from the subject and into almost prehistoric times and out into the outer spaces!
There did not follow any rigorous examination of the contents of what Keith told the MPs.
No scrutiny of the claims about the hundreds of millions that would be required if Tower Hamkest Council were to do the necessary repair and maintenance work.
Nobody asked him about the stupidity of giving answers on factual states of buildings in estimates. Related estimates and extrapolated estimates.
Nobody stopped to tell him that he was making an insane statement that had neither head nor tail, neither a start nor an end. That he was offering a nihilistic scenario which could only have a closure by destroying the Councils then existing housing stock.
The result was logically inevitable.
Three years after that extraordinary display of corrupt thinking, Michael Keith was able to participate in the aggressive transfer of Tower Hamlets Council housing stock that he was thinking of doing as he made that set of dishonest and corrupt statements quoted here.
.As it has been seen on the ground in Tower Hamlets during 2004 2006 in the quite brazenly illegal and undemocratic transfer of the Council housing stock away from the public control of the Council into the de facto ownership of cabals masquerading as Registered social landlords who are blatantly linked with key figures in the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.

41. We all know that when we embarked on a massive social house-building programme in the 1960s and 1970s, lots of mistakes were made, such as high-rise blocks and so on. My concern about finding the numbers you are talking about and the kind of resources you require or that you are asking for from government to provide a lot more social housing is are we not going to repeat the same mistakes in the future?
Can you assure the Committee that lessons have been learnt and that the kind of units you would be erecting would be high-quality housing and people would actually want to live there not just for five years but for 25 years?
(Councillor Keith) I think that is a question which almost needs to bounce back to national legislation. I think it is an absolutely fair question, but I think it is also something that many of the registered social landlords, who will be the major players in this, need to answer and it is a question which also potentially triggers off debates about the quality of new build within an urban renaissance and thinking back to issues of Parker Morris standards and so on which opens up another debate which I think is a very important debate, but maybe not one to capture in two sentences. I do not think it is one that you could expect again a single authority or a single social landlord to respond to, but I do think it is or it should be encumbent if those resources are made available that the quality is radically different from what we saw in the 1960s and 1970s.

42. Can I press you on the question of not the building standards, but the money there to provide communal services. With most of the lofts that have been converted within Tower Hamlets, you will find that service charges are running at anything up to £80 a month or even higher. Now, if you are on a middle-class income, that may be affordable, but for most of the people we are talking about with affordable housing, is there really going to be enough money for the caretaking and the looking after of high-density living in Tower Hamlets?
(Councillor Keith) I think there are examples of high-density new build, stuff Piers Goff has done recently in Scotland, where you can get high density and affordability. I think it raises major questions of design as much as major questions as to the specifics.

Khoodeelaar! is actively engaged in devising ways locally for HELPING the creation of a democratic, transparent and accountable atmosphere which should be sustained throughout the year, every year, for the designated four years following the scheduled May 2006 Council elections to be held in [and for the democratic elected constitution of ] the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
This is being done to fill the wide gap that has been waiting to be filled.
The gap of absence of significant sustained and substantial opposition to the controlling clique.
The other principal and the complementary reason is to ensure that those elected do not assume any sense of ethical, moral or social superiority for themselves as compared with the loci, the status of the individual electors or of the collective electorate or of the wider community whether there are actively voting electors or not.
The final reason [in this summarised version] is to make sure that the Tower Hamlets Council does the job of representing the people of the Borough irrespective of which individual actually cast any vote or not or when they did cast any vote whether they cast the vote in favour of candidate a or b or c or whoever.

2. Do you undertake to actively engage with all the people in the community generally and to do so specifically when any member of the community raises issues that have ramifications on your being a councillor whether the person rising the matter is of any opining that may or may not accord with your own?
3. Do you undertake to abandon personal greed, ambition and schemes and projects which can only be achieved by betraying the electorate and or by colluding with interest, agencies and forces that are in fact and on all reasonable evidence inimical to the democratic the social; and the economic, environmental and the moral interests of the community, the electorate and the London borough of Tower Hamlets?
4. What factual evidence can you cite to support your answer/s and to assume that we the community should take your answers as being credible as based on the independently and objectively verifiable record of your relevant career, involvement etc in the context of these questions?

The answer is linked with but not completely contained in the fact that the Blair regime has announced today [Thursday 9 March 2006] that it is going to give London Mayor Ken Livingstone even more powers over transport in London than has been the case so far..
What this means is that Livingstone is going to swallow up even more of the local democracy pretences which are symbolised by the name of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council than he has done already.
It is a fact that Livingstone wants to abolish local councils. It is a fact that Livingstone wants to assume the powers personally and declare local elections redundant as far as those relate to electing councillors to make up local councils such as Tower Hamlets.
And that fact has been suppresse3d by the controlling clique on the present Tower Hamlets Council. The reason why they have suppressed that fact is also linked with the personal greed and dishonesty and the corruption of the key members of the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.
Several key members of the controlling clique on the present Tower Hamlets Council have been receiving cash payments under guises of representing Tower Hamlets Council on formally described external bodies
Some of those external bodies include huge Big Business looting-of-public-cash operations fronted via the Odious ODPM department like the Thames Gateway programmes.
Yet there has been no accounting to the formally constituted Tower Hamlets Council by anybody sitting on any part of the Thames gateway programme in the name of the elected London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.
Hundreds of smaller operations, all designed to facilitate the impoverishment of those already pushed into and kept in poverty and low income across inner London and across the inner city parts of greater London and to enrich the Big Business companies and their agents.
The trend has been to undermine the idea of local people having a democratic say on our own locally elected council. This has been done by the active participation of the allegedly democratically active clique that has been controlling Tower Hamlets Council for the past five years.
And that betrayal of 'local democracy' by the controlling clique on Tower Hamkest Council has been done with no little help from a mainly passive official Opposition.
There is no evidence of any major political issue being initiated by the official opposition on Tower Hamlets Council at all.
There is no evidence either of the official Opposition taking any significant and original steps in the past five years that could reasonably have propelled the controlling clique into action that would comply with the democratic demand that is implicit in the fact of the existence of a locally elected Council.
And no issue, no frame of reference could have been more appropriate for testing this thesis than the issue of the Crossrail hole attacks plan on our Borough, on our community across the East End of London.

What is the evidence on which the community can base any expectation that after the 4th May 2006 Council election, the quality of accountability by Tower Hamlets Council to the community would get any better?
The Khoodeelaar campaign position is that there is no significant evidence that it will be.
Exceptions do exist. Certain candidates are there who are better disposed to relating to the community than can be said about any of the current lot of councillors.
So, what happens to the Crossrail hole after the 4 May 2006 elections?
If the elections are held as scheduled ands if nothing happens to interrupt the ordinary run of things in the country, then the ONLY way to defeat the Crossrail hole plan is by the local community doing the campaigning even after the n council election.
There is already evidence that not one single political party or their counterparts in the independent candidate section [going about getting stuck into phases of electioneering talks and noises] has any idea about what to do with the Crossrail attack from the position of being in control of the elected Tower Hamlets Council.

Khoodeelaar online investigation into the four known political groupings over the past 10 weeks has produced no evidence that no mater what the particular groupings may have been saying that they will do on Crossrail, there is nothing written down about what they will do if they get anywhere within the controlling positions on the Tower Hamlets \council.
In contrast to those groupings, as such, the statements the local MP George Galloway have been very noticeably clear [we have already published the reports quoting George Galloway from all the meetings that he has addressed and or spoken at].
The question then is: so where the opposition to the Crossrail hole is to come from
We know that the alertness on the parts of the council groupings now is related much to the proximity of the council election. Once the election is over, we do not expect the council however it is balanced, to do anything that will protect the community from the Crossrail attacks.
The reason for continuing campaign therefore will remain even after the council elections.
During today, khoodeelaaronline has spoken to the available members of all the groupings from all the main political parties. And we have also spoken n to George Galloway in his position as the leader of the RESPECT coalition.
Based on all those contacts we can say that the final struggle to defend the community against the Crossrail hole will continue to be carried on by the community.

The main headline in this token [the latest] edition of the Tower Hamlets [Newham!] Recorder is given to Child porn of ex-councillor, a story on a former councillor and his string of convictions for sex offences.
It is very difficult to spot what Council he was a councillor on. Until the fifth paragraph which contains the offenders party affiliation and the name of the council.
He is ex Green Party and an ex Hackney councillor. Jail for man with fetish for under age girls in swim outfits is the bold description of the mans latest offence. The paper is divisible into 6 columns, if the space given to the Crossrail rumpus item is any guide. By that criterion, the space given to the porn of ex-councillor is way out of proportion.
For one thing, that story was about a HACKNEY councillor, ex or not. For another thing, THAT amount of space need not have been given to DRAW ATTENTION to the outrages of child sex offence. It is a given that CHILD SEX OFFENCE is one of the worst offences, in anybodys language.
People are not in need of extra help to recognise how absolutely dangerous anyone who has any inclination towards that offence is and can be. There is universal opposition to child sex offenders.
Half of the space given to that item would be enough to keep the proportion and the attention alive and the moral and social alert very much on. The other half, the rest of the space, could easily have been given to the Crossrail threat to TOWER HAMLETS and that item should have been the to item.
Why?
because that story had at least ten CURRENT news and campaign events components in it.
All those things happened in the course of the six days between the last edition of the so-called Tower Hamlets Recorder and the day it is actually finalised [the front and back pages at least which is Tuesday 7 march 2006]
But this is wishful thinking.
To expect the disguised version of the Newham Recorder misusing the words Tower Hamlets - for sheer petty trade to report on the appropriate political and social struggles and campaigns actually taking place in the East End borough is expecting too much.
The publishers are not in the 'newspaper' business to report on the communitys battle for democracy, representation and the defence of the local community or the local environment from attacks by big business. Or attack by a negligent controlling cliquey on Tower Hamlets Council. The publishers are in business to make money. Money first. Money second. And make money the last.
So why bother commenting on their abysmal conduct to type?
Answer: Just to put the facts on the record.

Political crooks now controlling the East London borough of Tower Hamlets Council would be kicked out of the Council at the scheduled 4th May 2006 local elections.
the new council that would come into being following the election will stand up for the local people. Together we shall defend the community against the Crossrail attack.
This was the declaration by the MP George Galloway addressing the meeting held in Bow West to oppose Crossrail.
Galloway followed Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque who spoke of the disaster that was Tower Hamlets Council.
Muhammad Haque said that the failure of the official Opposition on Tower Hamlets Council for years was a disgrace and it must not be allowed to remain so after the 4 May 2006 local elections.
The George Galloway - Muhammad Haque appearance on the platform at the Bow West meeting against Crossrail was publicised on the internet and locally in print versions for a week.
It had such an effect on the3 current Council leader Michael Keith that he turned up with an entourage of Blair party placemen and women.
At the meeting were also present former deputy leader and close Michael Keith ally Cllr Denise Jones, current council leader Abdus Shukur and prospective Blairite councillor Joshua Peck.
After the two main speeches by Muhammad Haque and George Galloway, there were comments from members of the audience. These included the comments from two women.

The meeting was chaired by community activist Carole Swords who is also seeking election to Tower Hamlets Council at the 4 May 2006 elections.
The meeting was politically charged to boiling point at times.
This was caused by the response there of a batch of Blairite Oona King baggage carriers of the pre 5 May 2005 days.
One was fingered as soon as he opened his mouth.
George Galloway pounced on Josh Peck and described him a lair and accused Peck of extreme ignorance about Parliamentary procedure.
This was caused by Pecks accusation that Galloway had not been doing enough parliamentary representation of the relevant matter.
The other tense moments involved Michael Keith whose presence at the meeting was extensively ridiculed by the sponsor of the meeting, George Galloway.

No, Danny, George Galloway is not Khoodeelaar! Campaigns boss.
Khoodeelaar! exists to inform the community of the dangers of Crossrail.
It also exists to oppose the threats posed by Crossrail to the East End of London.
It so happens that the only elected MP from anywhere across the East End [and to the East] of London who is actively engaged in discussions over the Crossrail hole attacks plans on the East End is George Galloway.
George Galloway is also the elected MP for Bethnal Green and Bow, the part of East End which is most at risk from the Crossrail planned attacks.
We have stated more than once, we do not belong to any party or grouping along party political lines.
Khoodeelaar! welcomes the support that George Galloway has given so far. We record his statements. We report on the related events.
We are not going to deprive George Galloway the citations and the references because to do so would be inconvenient to some whose agenda is to do George Galloway down.
We are dare we say it more than able to organise our campaign activities without compromising the main aims and objects.
Why are you apparently annoyed with our factually justified and journalistically warranted and ethically consistent and frequent inclusion of positive references to George Galloway?
Are you perhaps one of those internet users - visitors or surfers- who may have been exposed to may be too much anti-George Galloway plugs on the internet, perhaps staring with the results of the election on 6 May 2005?
The day that the Blaired BBC inaugurated the most poisonous programme via the media of vilification within minutes of the results of the 5 May 2005 election being announced.
We have not forgotten how vicious, unfair, inaccurate, misleading, offensive and dishonest and biased Jeremy Paxman was.
We have not forgotten what the late Tony Banks said in his typically racist patronising comments allegedly uttered on behalf of Oona King and at the expenses of all genuine supporters of elected democracy.
We have not overlooked the more than 5 Million items of anti-Galloway drivel and rubbish and lies that were placed on the internet in January 2006.
We have fuller knowledge than you may think as to who created those initial hysterical racist rubbish by vilifying George Galloway.
We do not have to belong to the RESPECT grouping that George Galloway at the present time politically organisationally belongs to.
But we do not have to suspend judgment or sense far less take leave of our ability to make rational decisions as to who is the proper voice that the community needs to be represented by on a given issue in the correct and the right context EITHER
Given that the Crossrail hole attacks plan was BROUGHT to the East End by the clique of conspiring and corrupt controllers of the resources and the name of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council, given that the MP for the area for eight years upto 5 May 2005 [Oona King] failed to recognise the momentous importance to the community of the Crossrail attacks, given that the man Tony McNulty who as a Minister as the time in the Department of Transport [that has been acting as the promoter in parliament of the Crossrail attacks] played a key role in the final internal negotiations on the contents of what is now the House of Commons Crossrail Bill was married and remains married [as we write this at 1330 Hrs GMT on Tuesday 7 march 2006] to Christine Gilbert who as the occupant of the post of Chief Executive in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council was formally advising the clique that controlled the Tower Hamlets Council as it acted as the collective tout for the Crossrail attacks on the East End, do you think it so improper for the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against Crossrail hole attacks to include the support being expressed to our campaign by the elected MP George Galloway?
Were you perhaps motivated by the spin and the lies that have been produced by the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council against George Galloway in January 2006?
Were you may be drawn to positively view the glee-dance that was staged for three seconds before a camera crew by the disgraced Blair Whip in the UK House of Commons, Hilary Armstrong?
Are you by any chance, perhaps related to John Biggs, the Greater London Assembly member for the area including Bethnal Green and Bow?
Whatever your real name is, whoever you may, you have not got anything to worry about over the Khoodeelaar campaign's links with anybody.
We are not linked in any way that could be compared with what we have described as the Tessa Jowell type of a link.
We are ordinary people trying to do what we legitimately can to defend our community that big business and big political forces are set to crush.

"Bethnal Green and Bow Constituency members have the opportunity tonight to lend their support to the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the Crossrail hole attacks plan on the East End of London.
The meeting is at 7 PM at St Paul's Church in St Stephens Road in Bow.
Campaigners against the Crossrail attacks on the East End will be joined by others opposing the stock Transfer of Tower Hamlets Council housing away from public control.
The Khoodeelaar! Movement is helping to revive the sprit of community action in London in a way that the Blairing looters of public resource had thought would not happen.
Oliur Rahman, a speaker at the Khoodeelaar! demonstration against Tower Hamlets Council on Wednesday 1 March 2006 descried as crooks the individuals who had been controlling the Tower Hamlets Council. Come the 4 May election, Oliur Rahman promised, the looters will be thrown out of the Tower Hamlets Town Hall.
To make that a reality, all opponents of corruption and abuse of public resource must unite and focus on the looters as the target. Defend the community by uniting on the principles of social solidarity.

How the Crossrail plan has been corrupting the East End of London
With John Prescott being in control [!!] of the Odious programme fronted by a department called ODPM that is assaulting local democracy right left and centre, it is no wonder that local people are being lied to by Blaired councillors with no restraint at all.
Just how callously irresponsible and unconstitutional can the Blaired batches of councillors [forming any controlling majority, ruling- clique on any local council] can get when there is no effective and ethically active elected Opposition on the same council is seen in the behaviour of the Crossrail-hole-backing clique that has been in control of Tower Hamlets Council.
It has been confirmed by the khoodeelaaronline investigation [see reports below and for the rest of this week, starting on Sunday 5 March 2006] that even though the Crossrail Bill is still only a theory, a drat Bill and not part of the UK laws, the planned Crossrail assault has been being progressed [=implemented] by the Blaired regime in clear defiance of the constitution.
As we have already pointed out when describing the illegality of Transport Secretary Alistair Darlings statement in the UK House of Commons when he introduced the Crossrail Bill [22 February 2005] by falsely stating that it had been drafted by fully complying with the European Convention on Human Rights, so we can point out again that the behaviour of Tower Hamlets Council controlling clique promoting the Crossrail hole plan has been equally in defiance of the law.
New Visitors to our site [www.khopodeelaar.com] reading this commentary [6 March 2006] may blot be aware of the catalogue of illegalities by the Tower Hamlets Council that we have published already.
Those illegalities will be included as evidence of their negligence and wrongfulness when we finally take court actions against them.

1. lied for Crossrail and against the community the electorate

3. conspired to expose the Brick Lane London E1 area (and the other parts affected by the Crossrail hole plan, including the Mile End Park area and beyond) to serious health, environmental, social, economic danger and risk and uncertainty in return for their [ the controlling clique members] personal benefits
4. made deals with Crossrail promoters and agents of other external interests whose aim was to displace the community in the Eats End and to make the affected parts of the East End ready for exploitation by property speculators and other similarly anti-social interest
5. abused their access to Councils financial decisions and spent money in buying propaganda spaces in locally circulating newspapers or media outlets that were 'persuaded' to leave out of their 'reports' on the Tower Hamlets Council controlling cliques role on Crossrail hole the crucial facts about the Crossrail attacks
6. made criminally prosecutable deals with other propaganda outfits whom they promised benefits by making land or similar belonging to the entity of Tower Hamlets Council available in return for inclusion of propaganda telling the controlling cliques lies about Crossrail hole plan.

Why did the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council take that Crossrail bribe?
How has the East London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council been abused by the controlling clique that has been making secret deals with the Crossrail company and with other promoters of the Crossrail attack plan against the people of the East End?
The answer is being sought in this campaign.
And as part of the evidence on which we have founded our campaign has been only just been confirmed by one of the campaigners against the Crossrail hole.
Kay Jordan, the Director of the SSBA, Spitalfields Small Business Association, that is based in the Brick Lane London E1 area, has confirmed to Khoodeelaaronline that
She was informed by Crossrail Company themselves that Crossrail had paid cash to Tower Hamlets Council!
What was the cash paid for?
The answer is for Tower Hamlets Council agreeing to Crossrail doing something that they would otherwise not be able to do.
And what was that?
Surprise surprise Crossrail would get a foothold in the area to start digging!
So what was the cover for the cash payment?
The cover was the Idea Store at Whitechapel.
And the detail of the cover was that Tower Hamlets Council had made a particular design for the yet-to-be-finalised- Idea Store at Whitechapel which design was suddenly in need of revision !
And so the revision could not be done without Tower Hamlets Council selling the East End community short.
The alleged revision or redesign for the Whitechapel Idea Store was to be carried out with bribe from Crossrail.
And in return for the bribe, Crossrail would get the privilege of doing digging holes and of destroying the community in the East End of London.
The fact that that bribery deal took place YEARS ago and today, Monday 6 March 2006 there is nobody on Tower Hamlets Council able or prepared to legally justify their corrupt deal for Crossrail hole, shows that the controlling clique was adamant about wantonly defying the community for Crossrail hole all the way.

1. It was the very same Michael Keith who told every single one of the Blair side councillor on Tower Hamlets Council to stay quiet about any debate.
2. It was the very same Michael Keith who banned every one else on the Blair side of the Council from saying anything.
3. It was he who had encouraged them to laugh at the councillors speaking in the Council chamber against the Crossrail hole.
4. It was the very same Michael Keith who had been called a liar a hundred times in both the Council Chamber and outside the Council Town Hall [Mulberry Place, London E14 2BG] and elsewhere in the Borough at tens of public meetings by campaigners against the Crossrail hole attacks during the presentation of the facts on the Crossrail hole over the past 26 months
5. It was the very same Michael Keith who had been fingered as the tout and the corrupt link with the Crossrail promoters.
6. It was the very same Michael Keith who was identified as being the key tout in the promotion of the Crossrail attacks package in the paid for letter printed in the London Evening Standard on 30 June 2003.
7. It was the very same Michael Keith who is the key defendant in a defamation action that is being prepared over his poisonous smearing and his lying on Crossrail hole and on his defamatory lies against key campaigners against the Crossrail in Tower Hamlets.
How is it that you seem so totally innocent of all those facts and paint the key devil as if it was his generosity and democratic disposition that allowed Councillor Louise Alexander and or her co-Opposition colleague/s to have any respite from the otherwise jeering and bullying obstructions of the Blair side of councillors?

[The following piece is also linked with a number of anonymous visitors to the indymedia site who have immorally left some very idiotic posts following the start of our Major series published on the Khoodeelaaronline internet sites on Friday 10 March 2006 focussing on the inherent defects of thought and understanding and confusion of Michael Keith. On Friday 10 march 2006, We started the examination of Michael Keiths evidence as recorded for Tuesday 15 October 2002 before a Hosue of Commons Select Committee.
We are focussing on Michael Keith because we have been deluged with evidence that conclusively point to him as the key tout appointed by the Blairing regime to do devastating destruction to the East End of London and beyond. This examination will now take precedence over other announced reports.

1. They have been saying that Crossrail will bring benefits to the East End.
This is a lie.
2. The benefits, to be rationally and objectively expressible by that word [benefits] must be measurably manifest and demonstrable against the massive disbenefits that the Crossrail planned assault will cause to and bring impose on the East End. Once the two are measured and compared, there will be overwhelming disbenefits and the word benefit will be as redundant then [that is if the Crossrail assaults are allowed to become lawful after the Bill becomes an Act - and the attacks are thus carried out against the East End of London as planned in the Crossrail Bill] as it is already to those of us who have formed the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole attacks and have been exposing the lie for more than 26 months now that the spin Crossrail will bring benefits typifies and represents.
3. The lie that Crassrail will bring regeneration is also a deliberate and poisonous assertion which is part of the package of lies the promoters of the Crossrail attacks have designed to mislead and to then confuse and then dislocate and destroy the community in the East End areas that are directly and indirectly targeted in the Crossrail hole plan.
4. It [the Crossrail scheme] could only have been conceived by those with contempt for the people targeted for the devastation and destruction to the East End of London
5. No genuine, moral, honest and democratic representative of the people in the ordinary community and in the ordinary neighbourhoods in the East End of London could have had any willing part in the conception of that pack of Crossrail hole lies. So the question has to be asked what Tower Hamlets Councillor had what mandate from what part of the electorate and at what election to do what Michael Keith has been allowed to do on Tower Hamlets Council for Crossrail hole plan for at least the past three years dating this from 30 June 2003 when he was actively participating in the open letter to the Prime Minister [Tony Blair] on behalf of the promoters and lobbyists for the hole Crossrail disaster-creation, degeneration, disbenefits, scheme?
6. The Crossrail hole attacks plan on the East End of London in the form that is substantially incorporated in the present hybrid Crossrail Bill in the UK House of Commons now, was finalised with the ACTIVE collusion of a number of senior employees in the East London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council and by leading councillors. The leading councillors include the present leader Michael Keith. Keith is the one who has been making ADDITIONAL false claims for the purpose of making the Crossrail plan acceptable to the people in the East End even after his plea for recognition which he made to the meeting that had resulted from the Khoodeelaar! campaign mobilisation on 22 January 2006. The Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail, hole attacks plan scheme project Bill had forced the entire cabal of the controlling clique of councillors on Tower Hamlets Council to be represented by Michael Keith in the public confession that they had all along been OPPOSED to the Crossrail hole! That they had all along been supporting of the Khoodeelaar! campaign aims and objects and demands against the Crossrail hole!
7. Token after shameless token of ethnic and democratic positions on Tower Hamlets Council rushed to stand on the same spot on the platform before the banner carrying the Seelottee word Khoodeelaar! to make a claim that they had all along been supportive of the Khoodeelaar! Campaign. They lied.
8. Every single one of the speakers [the contents of their speeches were devoid of substance what they were clambering on that platform to do was to appear on the video clips as being with the community campaign against Crossrail another clue as to just how corrupt, how dishonest, how ethically low they were and remain ] from the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council lied on that occasion.
9. Those who claimed to have opposed the Crossrail hole plan in private at alleged meetings with Council employees and others lied because they did not produce any date, any record, any reference that could be independently followed to locate and then to check the veracity of their lying assertions.
10. No matter what ethnic grouping or affiliation they came from. They lied

They lied also in the knowledge that they were in control of the purses of the Tower Hamlets Council and that by that fact alone they could further confuse the community in the Brick Lane London E1 area and in the nearby neighbourhoods and areas at a later date. How did they do that? They tried to create a phantom division which they had designed as an alternative to Khoodeelaar! and the lying cabal on Tower Hamlets Council abused their control of the resources of the Tower Hamlets Council to make clandestine and not-officially admitted contacts with the mainstream media to whom they recommended the phantom grouping as the Council-approved opposition to the controlling cliques corrupt collusion for Crossrail!
12. The lying members of the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Conical even approached certain ethnic 'media traders and offered them benefits if they cooperated with the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council over Crossrail.
13. The result was that in January-February 2006 [and significantly on dates after 17 January 2006] a number of advertisements appeared in the ethnic language" "press paid for by Tower Hamlets Council. And the subject matter of these advertisements? What else Crossrail. Why Crossrail? Answer the the Khoodeelaar! campaign has created such tremendous pressure on the controlling clique about its role so far in colluding with the Crossrail attack plan and threats to the East End of London that the cabal on Tower Hamlets Council found it impossible to pretend and to lie verbally only. It decided to pretend and lie in print. And as part of the agenda, the deal the lying cabal made with the

15. to confess to so many things that he plainly could not have believed in. On 22 January 2006, Michael Keith admitted- for the first time in that context- that Seelottee is the language spoken by the large numbers of people in the East End. That was a contradiction of Keiths actual record on the Tower Hamlets Council and his peddling of the lie about that language as well.
16. It was at the 22 January 2006 that Michael Keith was party to making series of illegal and additional fabrications those are now subject to legal actions which will be commenced at the appropriate time, as Khoodeelaar! campaign has stated all along January 2004 to March 2006 [inclusive of 11 March 2006].
17. We do these posts to share with genuinely interested and democratic people engaged in making the quality of our society better than it is, the news of events that are daily taking place around the issue of the Crossrail hole attacks on the East End.
18. We are daily generating campaign materials and information against the Crossrail hole plan project scheme Bill that address all aspects of the life of the community that faces the assault by the Crossrail plan.
19. We are very clear about our locus. To do all we can within the constitutional framework everything we can do defend our community. We do NOT need the permission of ANY political party or grouping to do what we know needs to be doing to defend our community against Crossrail
20. It is, you may need to be informed, a very constitutional cause. Ours is a universally democratic and universally ethical constitutional way.
21. We recognise and make a serious point about the fact that that crassly conceived Crossrail project has not been conceived in a constitutional way. No can Crossrail be made morally acceptable if its pushers went about their plan in a constitutional way.
22. Hence the House of Commons select committee on Crossrail Bill is already proving to be a sham.
23. Anyone who says otherwise needs to check the evidence of the proceedings so far.
24. Just as we do not have to 'like' any single one of the controlling clique of councillors on the present Tower Hamlets Council for us to be able to demand that they do their job, for us to show recognition of any democratic and accountable thing that they do, so it is the fact and on undeniable record of our original and the unique campaign documents, publications and literature, we do make a point whenever and wherever we consider appropriate - of putting in the public domain all RELEVANT facts and references relating to the activities of the present local constituency Member of Parliament.
25. We have stated this before. We state it now.
26. We do so because if we ignore youre very sad and ignorant insult, some visitors to these sites may form the mistaken impression that we are somehow morally compromised or legally unsound over our placing the record of the involvement of George Galloway in any aspect of the campaign against the Crossrail hole attacks on the East End.
27. Just so that you do not get any idea that we do not know who might be, let this statment be a guide for you on the matter of the Khoodeelaar campaigns stance on what the elected holders of public posts ought to do and what we expect them to do within the framework of what we understand the 'UK constitutional democracy is about.
28. We expect the local councillors [and their counterparts at the relevant times on the Greater London Assembly and on the UK House of Commons] to be able and competent.
29. If a less-than-able candidate is elected and if because of their less than necessary ability they are incompetent then the matter cannot be ignored by the others who jointly and formally make up the body that is the elected entity in the case of the local Council, the post-election London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.
30. We expect anyone who is elected in a public 'democratic' franchsie to be above all else, honest and conscientious.
31. If they show evidence in their conduct that they might be dishonest and if their dishonesty is linked or is factually and evidentially linkable with their role as councillors then we shall of course apply the evidence to make any democratic and constitutional demand for accountability and for action on that link or on that evidence as and when appropriate and required by the needs of the local community.

This is Michael Keith fabricating away before an MPs Select Committee on Tuesday 15 October 2002.
Very carefully, read the questions and his answers quoted by Khoodeelaaronline below from the records published by the UK Houses of Parliament
Note that materials like this [quoted below] are never ever reported to the people in the community. Not by the propaganda titles EAST END Life [which Khoodeelaar! has dubbed East End Lies] and not on the Tower Hamlets Councils web site.
Nor indeed by the so-called local press, typified by the East London Idiotiser.
Nor indeed by any of the so-called Left organs allegedly watching the antics of the corrupt Tower Hamlets Council.
And it never is examined by any elected membership on the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council itself that it really relates to.
Come to think of that, the MPs themselves [Tuesday 15 October 2002] puzzlingly [!] failed or refused to pursue their examination of Michael Keith while he was still before their select committee.
They let him go.
Even after finding a hole as hollow as the Crossrail hole [that was being at the same time being] planned by Michael Keiths co-promoters to be dug in and forced through the Brick Lane London E1 area, the MPs chair delivered the customary thanks to Michael Keith for his alleged evidence.
To call what Keith had stated 'evidence' would be to almost call the 'researches' of someone of David Irvings description independent, truthful, objective and respectable.
They asked him questions about the undeniable negligence and failures of the Tower Hamlets Council to make proper and competent use of the resources that they did have available.
they asked him about any regrets.
about any lessons being learnt by Tower Hamlets Council.
Instead of saying yes, they had learnt lessons.
Yes they had found how so many repairs claims were mis-logged and how despite making annual claims about how fantastic the Councils repairs service was, they had in fact been a n unmitigated and negligent and culpable disaster for which the entire Tower Hamlets Council administration should have been forced to resign en masse, Michael Keith, like a Big Business robot programmed to retort in a fixed mode, said a string of things that increasingly took the answer away from the subject and into almost prehistoric times and out into the outer spaces!
There did not follow any rigorous examination of the contents of what Keith told the MPs.
No scrutiny of the claims about the hundreds of millions that would be required if Tower Hamkest Council were to do the necessary repair and maintenance work.
Nobody asked him about the stupidity of giving answers on factual states of buildings in estimates. Related estimates and extrapolated estimates.
Nobody stopped to tell him that he was making an insane statement that had neither head nor tail, neither a start nor an end. That he was offering a nihilistic scenario which could only have a closure by destroying the Councils then existing housing stock.
The result was logically inevitable.
Three years after that extraordinary display of corrupt thinking, Michael Keith was able to participate in the aggressive transfer of Tower Hamlets Council housing stock that he was thinking of doing as he made that set of dishonest and corrupt statements quoted here.
.As it has been seen on the ground in Tower Hamlets during 2004 2006 in the quite brazenly illegal and undemocratic transfer of the Council housing stock away from the public control of the Council into the de facto ownership of cabals masquerading as Registered social landlords who are blatantly linked with key figures in the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.

41. We all know that when we embarked on a massive social house-building programme in the 1960s and 1970s, lots of mistakes were made, such as high-rise blocks and so on. My concern about finding the numbers you are talking about and the kind of resources you require or that you are asking for from government to provide a lot more social housing is are we not going to repeat the same mistakes in the future?
Can you assure the Committee that lessons have been learnt and that the kind of units you would be erecting would be high-quality housing and people would actually want to live there not just for five years but for 25 years?
(Councillor Keith) I think that is a question which almost needs to bounce back to national legislation. I think it is an absolutely fair question, but I think it is also something that many of the registered social landlords, who will be the major players in this, need to answer and it is a question which also potentially triggers off debates about the quality of new build within an urban renaissance and thinking back to issues of Parker Morris standards and so on which opens up another debate which I think is a very important debate, but maybe not one to capture in two sentences. I do not think it is one that you could expect again a single authority or a single social landlord to respond to, but I do think it is or it should be encumbent if those resources are made available that the quality is radically different from what we saw in the 1960s and 1970s.

42. Can I press you on the question of not the building standards, but the money there to provide communal services. With most of the lofts that have been converted within Tower Hamlets, you will find that service charges are running at anything up to £80 a month or even higher. Now, if you are on a middle-class income, that may be affordable, but for most of the people we are talking about with affordable housing, is there really going to be enough money for the caretaking and the looking after of high-density living in Tower Hamlets?
(Councillor Keith) I think there are examples of high-density new build, stuff Piers Goff has done recently in Scotland, where you can get high density and affordability. I think it raises major questions of design as much as major questions as to the specifics.

Khoodeelaar! is actively engaged in devising ways locally for HELPING the creation of a democratic, transparent and accountable atmosphere which should be sustained throughout the year, every year, for the designated four years following the scheduled May 2006 Council elections to be held in [and for the democratic elected constitution of ] the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
This is being done to fill the wide gap that has been waiting to be filled.
The gap of absence of significant sustained and substantial opposition to the controlling clique.
The other principal and the complementary reason is to ensure that those elected do not assume any sense of ethical, moral or social superiority for themselves as compared with the loci, the status of the individual electors or of the collective electorate or of the wider community whether there are actively voting electors or not.
The final reason [in this summarised version] is to make sure that the Tower Hamlets Council does the job of representing the people of the Borough irrespective of which individual actually cast any vote or not or when they did cast any vote whether they cast the vote in favour of candidate a or b or c or whoever.

2. Do you undertake to actively engage with all the people in the community generally and to do so specifically when any member of the community raises issues that have ramifications on your being a councillor whether the person rising the matter is of any opining that may or may not accord with your own?
3. Do you undertake to abandon personal greed, ambition and schemes and projects which can only be achieved by betraying the electorate and or by colluding with interest, agencies and forces that are in fact and on all reasonable evidence inimical to the democratic the social; and the economic, environmental and the moral interests of the community, the electorate and the London borough of Tower Hamlets?

Why Khoodeelaar! Says that Tower Hamlets Council is doomed to sink down the Crossrail hole?
The answer is linked with but not completely contained in the fact that the Blair regime has announced today [Thursday 9 March 2006] that it is going to give London Mayor Ken Livingstone even more powers over transport in London than has been the case so far..
What this means is that Livingstone is going to swallow up even more of the local democracy pretences which are symbolised by the name of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council than he has done already.
It is a fact that Livingstone wants to abolish local councils. It is a fact that Livingstone wants to assume the powers personally and declare local elections redundant as far as those relate to electing councillors to make up local councils such as Tower Hamlets.
And that fact has been suppresse3d by the controlling clique on the present Tower Hamlets Council. The reason why they have suppressed that fact is also linked with the personal greed and dishonesty and the corruption of the key members of the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.
Several key members of the controlling clique on the present Tower Hamlets Council have been receiving cash payments under guises of representing Tower Hamlets Council on formally described external bodies
Some of those external bodies include huge Big Business looting-of-public-cash operations fronted via the Odious ODPM department like the Thames Gateway programmes.
Yet there has been no accounting to the formally constituted Tower Hamlets Council by anybody sitting on any part of the Thames gateway programme in the name of the elected London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.
Hundreds of smaller operations, all designed to facilitate the impoverishment of those already pushed into and kept in poverty and low income across inner London and across the inner city parts of greater London and to enrich the Big Business companies and their agents.
The trend has been to undermine the idea of local people having a democratic say on our own locally elected council. This has been done by the active participation of the allegedly democratically active clique that has been controlling Tower Hamlets Council for the past five years.
And that betrayal of 'local democracy' by the controlling clique on Tower Hamkest Council has been done with no little help from a mainly passive official Opposition.
There is no evidence of any major political issue being initiated by the official opposition on Tower Hamlets Council at all.
There is no evidence either of the official Opposition taking any significant and original steps in the past five years that could reasonably have propelled the controlling clique into action that would comply with the democratic demand that is implicit in the fact of the existence of a locally elected Council.
And no issue, no frame of reference could have been more appropriate for testing this thesis than the issue of the Crossrail hole attacks plan on our Borough, on our community across the East End of London.

What is the evidence on which the community can base any expectation that after the 4th May 2006 Council election, the quality of accountability by Tower Hamlets Council to the community would get any better?
The Khoodeelaar campaign position is that there is no significant evidence that it will be.
Exceptions do exist. Certain candidates are there who are better disposed to relating to the community than can be said about any of the current lot of councillors.
So, what happens to the Crossrail hole after the 4 May 2006 elections?
If the elections are held as scheduled ands if nothing happens to interrupt the ordinary run of things in the country, then the ONLY way to defeat the Crossrail hole plan is by the local community doing the campaigning even after the n council election.
There is already evidence that not one single political party or their counterparts in the independent candidate section [going about getting stuck into phases of electioneering talks and noises] has any idea about what to do with the Crossrail attack from the position of being in control of the elected Tower Hamlets Council.
KHOODEELAARonline has looked for evidence everywhere during the day Wednesday 8 March 2006
Khoodeelaar online investigation into the four known political groupings over the past 10 weeks has produced no evidence that no mater what the particular groupings may have been saying that they will do on Crossrail, there is nothing written down about what they will do if they get anywhere within the controlling positions on the Tower Hamlets \council.
In contrast to those groupings, as such, the statements the local MP George Galloway have been very noticeably clear [we have already published the reports quoting George Galloway from all the meetings that he has addressed and or spoken at].
The question then is: so where the opposition to the Crossrail hole is to come from
We know that the alertness on the parts of the council groupings now is related much to the proximity of the council election. Once the election is over, we do not expect the council however it is balanced, to do anything that will protect the community from the Crossrail attacks.
The reason for continuing campaign therefore will remain even after the council elections.
During today, khoodeelaaronline has spoken to the available members of all the groupings from all the main political parties. And we have also spoken n to George Galloway in his position as the leader of the RESPECT coalition.
Based on all those contacts we can say that the final struggle to defend the community against the Crossrail hole will continue to be carried on by the community.

The main headline in this token [the latest] edition of the Tower Hamlets [Newham!] Recorder is given to Child porn of ex-councillor, a story on a former councillor and his string of convictions for sex offences.
It is very difficult to spot what Council he was a councillor on. Until the fifth paragraph which contains the offenders party affiliation and the name of the council.
He is ex Green Party and an ex Hackney councillor. Jail for man with fetish for under age girls in swim outfits is the bold description of the mans latest offence. The paper is divisible into 6 columns, if the space given to the Crossrail rumpus item is any guide. By that criterion, the space given to the porn of ex-councillor is way out of proportion.
For one thing, that story was about a HACKNEY councillor, ex or not. For another thing, THAT amount of space need not have been given to DRAW ATTENTION to the outrages of child sex offence. It is a given that CHILD SEX OFFENCE is one of the worst offences, in anybodys language.
People are not in need of extra help to recognise how absolutely dangerous anyone who has any inclination towards that offence is and can be. There is universal opposition to child sex offenders.
Half of the space given to that item would be enough to keep the proportion and the attention alive and the moral and social alert very much on. The other half, the rest of the space, could easily have been given to the Crossrail threat to TOWER HAMLETS and that item should have been the to item.
Why?
because that story had at least ten CURRENT news and campaign events components in it.
All those things happened in the course of the six days between the last edition of the so-called Tower Hamlets Recorder and the day it is actually finalised [the front and back pages at least which is Tuesday 7 march 2006]
But this is wishful thinking.
To expect the disguised version of the Newham Recorder misusing the words Tower Hamlets - for sheer petty trade to report on the appropriate political and social struggles and campaigns actually taking place in the East End borough is expecting too much.
The publishers are not in the 'newspaper' business to report on the communitys battle for democracy, representation and the defence of the local community or the local environment from attacks by big business. Or attack by a negligent controlling cliquey on Tower Hamlets Council. The publishers are in business to make money. Money first. Money second. And make money the last.
So why bother commenting on their abysmal conduct to type?
Answer: Just to put the facts on the record.

Political crooks now controlling the East London borough of Tower Hamlets Council would be kicked out of the Council at the scheduled 4th May 2006 local elections.
the new council that would come into being following the election will stand up for the local people. Together we shall defend the community against the Crossrail attack.
This was the declaration by the MP George Galloway addressing the meeting held in Bow West to oppose Crossrail.
Galloway followed Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque who spoke of the disaster that was Tower Hamlets Council.
Muhammad Haque said that the failure of the official Opposition on Tower Hamlets Council for years was a disgrace and it must not be allowed to remain so after the 4 May 2006 local elections.
The George Galloway - Muhammad Haque appearance on the platform at the Bow West meeting against Crossrail was publicised on the internet and locally in print versions for a week.
It had such an effect on the3 current Council leader Michael Keith that he turned up with an entourage of Blair party placemen and women.
At the meeting were also present former deputy leader and close Michael Keith ally Cllr Denise Jones, current council leader Abdus Shukur and prospective Blairite councillor Joshua Peck.
After the two main speeches by Muhammad Haque and George Galloway, there were comments from members of the audience. These included the comments from two women.

The meeting was chaired by community activist Carole Swords who is also seeking election to Tower Hamlets Council at the 4 May 2006 elections.
The meeting was politically charged to boiling point at times.
This was caused by the response there of a batch of Blairite Oona King baggage carriers of the pre 5 May 2005 days.
One was fingered as soon as he opened his mouth.
George Galloway pounced on Josh Peck and described him a lair and accused Peck of extreme ignorance about Parliamentary procedure.
This was caused by Pecks accusation that Galloway had not been doing enough parliamentary representation of the relevant matter.
The other tense moments involved Michael Keith whose presence at the meeting was extensively ridiculed by the sponsor of the meeting, George Galloway.

No, Danny, George Galloway is not Khoodeelaar! Campaigns boss.
Khoodeelaar! exists to inform the community of the dangers of Crossrail.
It also exists to oppose the threats posed by Crossrail to the East End of London.
It so happens that the only elected MP from anywhere across the East End [and to the East] of London who is actively engaged in discussions over the Crossrail hole attacks plans on the East End is George Galloway.
George Galloway is also the elected MP for Bethnal Green and Bow, the part of East End which is most at risk from the Crossrail planned attacks.
We have stated more than once, we do not belong to any party or grouping along party political lines.
Khoodeelaar! welcomes the support that George Galloway has given so far. We record his statements. We report on the related events.
We are not going to deprive George Galloway the citations and the references because to do so would be inconvenient to some whose agenda is to do George Galloway down.
We are dare we say it more than able to organise our campaign activities without compromising the main aims and objects.
Why are you apparently annoyed with our factually justified and journalistically warranted and ethically consistent and frequent inclusion of positive references to George Galloway?
Are you perhaps one of those internet users - visitors or surfers- who may have been exposed to may be too much anti-George Galloway plugs on the internet, perhaps staring with the results of the election on 6 May 2005?
The day that the Blaired BBC inaugurated the most poisonous programme via the media of vilification within minutes of the results of the 5 May 2005 election being announced.
We have not forgotten how vicious, unfair, inaccurate, misleading, offensive and dishonest and biased Jeremy Paxman was.
We have not forgotten what the late Tony Banks said in his typically racist patronising comments allegedly uttered on behalf of Oona King and at the expenses of all genuine supporters of elected democracy.
We have not overlooked the more than 5 Million items of anti-Galloway drivel and rubbish and lies that were placed on the internet in January 2006.
We have fuller knowledge than you may think as to who created those initial hysterical racist rubbish by vilifying George Galloway.
We do not have to belong to the RESPECT grouping that George Galloway at the present time politically organisationally belongs to.
But we do not have to suspend judgment or sense far less take leave of our ability to make rational decisions as to who is the proper voice that the community needs to be represented by on a given issue in the correct and the right context EITHER
Given that the Crossrail hole attacks plan was BROUGHT to the East End by the clique of conspiring and corrupt controllers of the resources and the name of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council, given that the MP for the area for eight years upto 5 May 2005 [Oona King] failed to recognise the momentous importance to the community of the Crossrail attacks, given that the man Tony McNulty who as a Minister as the time in the Department of Transport [that has been acting as the promoter in parliament of the Crossrail attacks] played a key role in the final internal negotiations on the contents of what is now the House of Commons Crossrail Bill was married and remains married [as we write this at 1330 Hrs GMT on Tuesday 7 march 2006] to Christine Gilbert who as the occupant of the post of Chief Executive in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council was formally advising the clique that controlled the Tower Hamlets Council as it acted as the collective tout for the Crossrail attacks on the East End, do you think it so improper for the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against Crossrail hole attacks to include the support being expressed to our campaign by the elected MP George Galloway?
Were you perhaps motivated by the spin and the lies that have been produced by the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council against George Galloway in January 2006?
Were you may be drawn to positively view the glee-dance that was staged for three seconds before a camera crew by the disgraced Blair Whip in the UK House of Commons, Hilary Armstrong?
Are you by any chance, perhaps related to John Biggs, the Greater London Assembly member for the area including Bethnal Green and Bow?
Whatever your real name is, whoever you may, you have not got anything to worry about over the Khoodeelaar campaign's links with anybody.
We are not linked in any way that could be compared with what we have described as the Tessa Jowell type of a link.
We are ordinary people trying to do what we legitimately can to defend our community that big business and big political forces are set to crush.

"Bethnal Green and Bow Constituency members have the opportunity tonight to lend their support to the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the Crossrail hole attacks plan on the East End of London.
The meeting is at 7 PM at St Paul's Church in St Stephens Road in Bow.
Campaigners against the Crossrail attacks on the East End will be joined by others opposing the stock Transfer of Tower Hamlets Council housing away from public control.
The Khoodeelaar! Movement is helping to revive the sprit of community action in London in a way that the Blairing looters of public resource had thought would not happen.
Oliur Rahman, a speaker at the Khoodeelaar! demonstration against Tower Hamlets Council on Wednesday 1 March 2006 descried as crooks the individuals who had been controlling the Tower Hamlets Council. Come the 4 May election, Oliur Rahman promised, the looters will be thrown out of the Tower Hamlets Town Hall.
To make that a reality, all opponents of corruption and abuse of public resource must unite and focus on the looters as the target. Defend the community by uniting on the principles of social solidarity.

How the Crossrail plan has been corrupting the East End of London
With John Prescott being in control [!!] of the Odious programme fronted by a department called ODPM that is assaulting local democracy right left and centre, it is no wonder that local people are being lied to by Blaired councillors with no restraint at all.
Just how callously irresponsible and unconstitutional can the Blaired batches of councillors [forming any controlling majority, ruling- clique on any local council] can get when there is no effective and ethically active elected Opposition on the same council is seen in the behaviour of the Crossrail-hole-backing clique that has been in control of Tower Hamlets Council.
It has been confirmed by the khoodeelaaronline investigation [see reports below and for the rest of this week, starting on Sunday 5 March 2006] that even though the Crossrail Bill is still only a theory, a drat Bill and not part of the UK laws, the planned Crossrail assault has been being progressed [=implemented] by the Blaired regime in clear defiance of the constitution.
As we have already pointed out when describing the illegality of Transport Secretary Alistair Darlings statement in the UK House of Commons when he introduced the Crossrail Bill [22 February 2005] by falsely stating that it had been drafted by fully complying with the European Convention on Human Rights, so we can point out again that the behaviour of Tower Hamlets Council controlling clique promoting the Crossrail hole plan has been equally in defiance of the law.
New Visitors to our site [www.khopodeelaar.com] reading this commentary [6 March 2006] may blot be aware of the catalogue of illegalities by the Tower Hamlets Council that we have published already.
Those illegalities will be included as evidence of their negligence and wrongfulness when we finally take court actions against them.

3. conspired to expose the Brick Lane London E1 area (and the other parts affected by the Crossrail hole plan, including the Mile End Park area and beyond) to serious health, environmental, social, economic danger and risk and uncertainty in return for their [ the controlling clique members] personal benefits
4. made deals with Crossrail promoters and agents of other external interests whose aim was to displace the community in the Eats End and to make the affected parts of the East End ready for exploitation by property speculators and other similarly anti-social interest
5. abused their access to Councils financial decisions and spent money in buying propaganda spaces in locally circulating newspapers or media outlets that were 'persuaded' to leave out of their 'reports' on the Tower Hamlets Council controlling cliques role on Crossrail hole the crucial facts about the Crossrail attacks
6. made criminally prosecutable deals with other propaganda outfits whom they promised benefits by making land or similar belonging to the entity of Tower Hamlets Council available in return for inclusion of propaganda telling the controlling cliques lies about Crossrail hole plan.

Why did the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council take that Crossrail bribe?
How has the East London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council been abused by the controlling clique that has been making secret deals with the Crossrail company and with other promoters of the Crossrail attack plan against the people of the East End?
The answer is being sought in this campaign.
And as part of the evidence on which we have founded our campaign has been only just been confirmed by one of the campaigners against the Crossrail hole.
Kay Jordan, the Director of the SSBA, Spitalfields Small Business Association, that is based in the Brick Lane London E1 area, has confirmed to Khoodeelaaronline that
She was informed by Crossrail Company themselves that Crossrail had paid cash to Tower Hamlets Council!
What was the cash paid for?
The answer is for Tower Hamlets Council agreeing to Crossrail doing something that they would otherwise not be able to do.
And what was that?
Surprise surprise Crossrail would get a foothold in the area to start digging!
So what was the cover for the cash payment?
The cover was the Idea Store at Whitechapel.
And the detail of the cover was that Tower Hamlets Council had made a particular design for the yet-to-be-finalised- Idea Store at Whitechapel which design was suddenly in need of revision !
And so the revision could not be done without Tower Hamlets Council selling the East End community short.
The alleged revision or redesign for the Whitechapel Idea Store was to be carried out with bribe from Crossrail.
And in return for the bribe, Crossrail would get the privilege of doing digging holes and of destroying the community in the East End of London.
The fact that that bribery deal took place YEARS ago and today, Monday 6 March 2006 there is nobody on Tower Hamlets Council able or prepared to legally justify their corrupt deal for Crossrail hole, shows that the controlling clique was adamant about wantonly defying the community for Crossrail hole all the way.

Because of your very banal promotion [ East London Advertiser, 9 March 2006 CROSSRAIL CONTEMPT Labour councillors shout down their opponents call for debate] of Michael Keith as an alleged supporter of the need for a debate at the Tower Hamlets Council meeting of 1 March 2006 shows really contemptuous ignorance of the truth and of the facts.
1. It was the very same Michael Keith who told every single one of the Blair side councillor on Tower Hamlets Council to stay quiet about any debate.
2. It was the very same Michael Keith who banned every one else on the Blair side of the Council from saying anything.
3. It was he who had encouraged them to laugh at the councillors speaking in the Council chamber against the Crossrail hole.
4. It was the very same Michael Keith who had been called a liar a hundred times in both the Council Chamber and outside the Council Town Hall [Mulberry Place, London E14 2BG] and elsewhere in the Borough at tens of public meetings by campaigners against the Crossrail hole attacks during the presentation of the facts on the Crossrail hole over the past 26 months
5. It was the very same Michael Keith who had been fingered as the tout and the corrupt link with the Crossrail promoters.
6. It was the very same Michael Keith who was identified as being the key tout in the promotion of the Crossrail attacks package in the paid for letter printed in the London Evening Standard on 30 June 2003.
7. It was the very same Michael Keith who is the key defendant in a defamation action that is being prepared over his poisonous smearing and his lying on Crossrail hole and on his defamatory lies against key campaigners against the Crossrail in Tower Hamlets.
How is it that you seem so totally innocent of all those facts and paint the key devil as if it was his generosity and democratic disposition that allowed Councillor Louise Alexander and or her co-Opposition colleague/s to have any respite from the otherwise jeering and bullying obstructions of the Blair side of councillors?
